Payment conditions

Deposit

The deposit is due to secure your spot. Please understand we cannot hold your spot until we have received your deposit. The deposit is 30 % of the total amount for the workshops in Chiang Rai, 50 % for the courses in Chiang-Mai.

Cancellation

Cancellation at least 45 days prior the course starting date, the participants will be refunded 50% of the course fee.

Cancellation within 45 days before the course starting date will be no refund.

Payment

Please keep an evidence of deposit payment (ATM slip or bank counter slip). If we receive less than the deposit amount due to the transaction charging fee, you can pay this charging fee together with the rest of the course fee.

We ask you to transfer the deposit to our bank account (details below). The remainder of the course fee will be collected in Thai baht the first day of course, either in cash or by bank/online transfer. Once the workshop is started, the course fee cannot be refunded.

3. Wise.com

 Wise is a platform that has been used successfully by many participants living outside Thailand. Using Wise is easy and the fee is reasonable (often less than transferring from your own bank account). Use the account details below to fill the Wise payment form.  

2. Thai bank transfer

If you are currently in Thailand, you can transfer from any Thai bank even if you don’t have a bank account in Thailand.

  • Go to the bank cashier
  • Fill a bank transfer form. You will be asked to provide your current address (hotel/guest-house). The agent will make a photocopy of your passport.
  • Pay the amount in cash. The bank fee is about 25 (twenty five) bahts.
  • Take a photo of the payment slip and send it to us as a ‘payment evidence’

Note: Banks in Thailand are usually open from 8.30 to 4PM (Monday to Saturday morning). In shopping malls, banks are open every day (Monday to Sunday) between 10 (or 11AM) and 7PM. Check the exact opening hours in the Internet or at your hotel.
